Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with any item, simply return it!
Time Frame: items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 21 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email through your account within five days of the delivery confirmation date.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Login to your account
- Select “Completed Orders” link on left margin of page
- Select “Return Item” link on right center of page
- Select “Qty. To Return”
- Select “Return Reason”
- Select “Return Action”
- “Comment” if there’s something we should know.
- Please allow 1-3 days for a response email with our return instructions.
Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping back your returns; we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course we made a shipping mistake.
